Iqra’a Crèche
Nurturing a Better Generation Through Faith, Language & Learning
Established in 2009, Iqra’a Crèche offers a multilingual, faith-centered early childhood education program. Located in Tundun Maliki and Badawa GRA (Kano), we integrate Arabic and Islamic values with best practices in early childhood development. The Crèche is the first step in a continuum of care and education that prepares children for lifelong learning.

Founded in 2017, The Read College is the secondary school arm of Iqra’a Group. It builds on strong primary foundations to produce morally grounded, academically excellent students ready for life. We offer both boarding and day options, maintaining a safe and morally enriching environment.
Entrepreneurship at Iqra’a
1. I-Cut Fashion Design
Through this laudable initiatives, our students have participated in producing school wears like shirts, trousers, skirts, hijabs, sports wears and school cardigans. We also cater to external organizations, crafting customized uniforms for University students, corporate teams and special events and functions.
2. Iqra’a Farm
Located at our permanent site near a river, Iqra’a Farm includes:
Aquaculture:Hatcheries and fish ponds for practical marine farming
Orchard:Seasonal fruits with a sustainable harvesting model
Goat Pen Unit:Livestock management for experiential learning in animal husbandry and sustainable farm practices
These ventures teach responsibility, teamwork, and business principles. Prepares the students for a purposeful future careers in agribusiness.

1.ICT Unit: Empowering Digital Communities
Our ICT curriculum is designed to build proficiency in both foundational digital skills and advanced computational thinking. We aim to produce tech-savvy students with the requisite know-hows and skills to thrive in our ever dynamic tech-driven world.
2. Evening & Tahfeez Programs
These specialized programs extend learning opportunities beyond regular school hours.
Evening Program:Monday to Thursday, 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Tahfeez Program:Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
